The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering solutions for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed about the superior variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the website Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is status sassa no fully functional office focused on service the area regularly. The service level developed for intervention experiences a large influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for that Workplace to attend to all sassa status people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to empower the servicing of all shoppers and enhance entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
